Excellent experience all the way around. Myra the front desk is the sweetest!!!!! Gabino the dental assistant, was kind & knowledgeable & Dr. Schwartz did an excellent job cementing a veneer that fell out (done by my previous hack dentist). And, the office was able to see me in an emergency & now I can enjoy my Memorial Day trip!!!! NO way was I going to leave the house without a front tooth. THANK YOU for the hospitality, amazing service & reasonable cost! 👍🥰
Pinnacle Peak dentistry is a professional, well run office. Dr. Schwartz is extremely compassionate and explains all procedures very thoroughly. He is also an outstanding dentist and is the best I’ve ever seen in my 66 years. I live in Gilbert Arizona, which is quite a distance from North Scottsdale. I would not hesitate to travel twice that distance in order for him to take care of me. The dental hygienist are also excellent.
Aloha to anyone who would read this review. I am a recent evacuee from the Lahaina fire. I needed dental care and Pinnacle Peak dentistry stepped up for me when I was at my lowest point in my life, and took care of me very very well with Aloha and kindness The staff is excellent. The dentist is gentle and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone who ever needed to have work done. during this trying time for me, it was one of the better experiences that I’ve had since the eighth of this month when everything I loved and cherished evaporated.
Raquel was thorough in the cleaning and explained everything she was doing and why. Dr Schwartz was also thorough, discussed what he saw and gave me referrals to address my concerns. Really detailed X-rays were taken and then explained to me. Everyone from the front desk and direct providers were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m so happy with this practice.
My experience with Dr. Schwartz was very good. I haven’t had dental work for quite a while, so I was pretty anxious. He calmed my nerves and explained everything he was doing. I did not experience any pain or discomfort from the work that I had to have done.
Sam did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and in general was an awesome worker! I really enjoyed my visit with the doctor, he explained everything that was going on and how to fix the solution with ease! Definitely will be back for my next cleaning.
